RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30 day test period. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please note: Z-Liners are a full custom insole and need a good 3-5 days of wear to break-in and form to your feet.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@z-liner.com.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your package, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We offer free shipping on outgoing orders and do not refund additional shipping options (Priority/Expedited) for the original order.
